Hi all,
Here we are at a quick update to inform you about the status of shipments of the II wave. I apologize if it has been a long time since our last update, but as I said on the board, I preferred to communicate with you more directly with you during this very frenetic times. But as many of you have made me rightly notice is the time of an update to give you a more precise delivery situation, and so here we are!
USA and EU shipment
The two biggest blocks are currently complete at 90%, few shipments remain to be completed, and some of you have presented small problems that we are trying to solve quickly as far as possible.
Australia and Canada
This is the bad side of this last phase of the Nova Aetas project. At the moment we understand that no backer of these two areas has received his package, and this is frustrating for us too.
QM Logistic is the fulfillment company that is dealing with shipments for both countries, and our complaint has been answered that at this moment the company is in trouble with many shipments.
Their partners are currently very busy as they are not only the fulfillment partners in the US and Australia that are forwards shipments along to them. They have a bit of time to make a clearer picture of the timeline in the coming days, but unfortunately, this is a side effect of a significant amount of products fulfilling around the same time and not enough good reputable companies to fulfill them, which has created a bit of a clog.
This is the answer to our last complaint. We are trying to push as much as possible to speed up this process as much as we can.

Canadian Draco
As I said on the board, unfortunately, the Canadian order was hit by an accident that damaged many Draco packs. Sadly we did not receive this news promptly and as a result, the Canadian order was blocked for about two weeks. The order is currently unlocked, and we will provide to send the Draco packs replacements for free as soon as we receive our stocks ... yes, unfortunately, we are also waiting for the II wave :(.
Report on air shipments
As you know, to accelerate delivery times we have tried this way for the USA and Europe, but unfortunately, we must note that there has not been a practical improvement in delivery times that justify the increased expenditure. So for the future, unless there are exceptional events, we will not use this method again for shipments .... our intentions were good, but sometimes we must clash with the harsh reality :).
The II wave FAQ and Errata
We are collecting your feedback on our BGG's forums and as always thanks to the fantastic support of our community, we will be able very soon to issue a new document for FAQs and Errata to help you enjoy the best of NA. Probably this new document will be available online in September.

Hi everyone!
Finally the second wave is on its way!
All backers in the USA, Canada and South America should receive their materials shortly.
The factory is updating us step by step on the progress of deliveries to Europe and Australia. Unfortunately (or luckily), they noticed the poor quality of certain miniatures and organized to have them reprinted. In any case, we received the latest report informing us that for the end of next week the number of boxes needed to complete the European and Australia shipment will be reached and therefore the shipment will start immediately after. A last effort of patience then and everyone will have the right reward!
Those who have already received the second wave can testify to the spectacular quality of the models, which as we always said, is what we were aiming for.
Air shipments
This is the first time we’re experimenting with this costly shipping method and it seems that apart from the speed, there have been a few too many problems. So if any of you have problems with damaged materials, you can submit a ticket on:

Shipping update

Hi everyone,
just a quick update on the shipment of the second wave.
Last Friday the plane carrying all the materials landed in the US, and this week the company in charge of deliveries began the fulfilment operations.
Deliveries will start soon, so by next week the first boxes will start to reach backers’ homes.
The company in charge of the deliveries should finish up in two or three weeks max.
The factory is now finalising all the materials for European backers, and the plane headed for the old continent is scheduled to depart in the next few weeks.
As you know, the factory had a few problems with the miniature moulds, so in order to maintain the high-quality standard of the product, they had to re-print almost all of the materials.
Last week we received the first copies and we can guarantee that the visual impact of the expansions fully assembled and ready to play, is truly impressive.
